How to Enroll for Online Bill Pay:

Enrollment Requirements for both Retail (Personal) and Business customers

  • Must have an active Checking Account with NVE Bank
  • Must not have five or more NSFs (Non Sufficient Funds) charges within the previous six months
  • Must be enrolled in Online Banking.
    • If you have enrolled already for Online Banking, then just login as normal and respond to the Bill Pay prompt or just click on Payment Manager button. Remember Bill Pay will be available from September 5, 2006.
    • If you have enrolled before and have not used Online Banking for the past six months, you will have to enroll as a first time user. Please see the next bullet point.
    • If you are a new user to Online Banking please click here to enroll.
    • Once you have logged into Online Banking, you can follow the prompts to sign up for Bill Pay or just click on the Payment Manager button.

*Bill Pay Charges:

  • Retail (Personal) Customers – completely FREE, no recurring monthly charge and unlimited Bill Pays
  • Business Customers (includes non-profit organizations) – no recurring monthly charge, 10 FREE bill pays per month, $1.00 charge per bill payment over 10 in any single month

Note: Charges only apply to the Bill Pay option within Online Banking. Access to your accounts for viewing balances, transactions, and perform transfers via Online Banking remains FREE for everyone

eStatements
eStatements are a 100% free, convenient, and secure service that will provide online access to your NVE Bank checking and savings account statement. Your eStatements include all the same information as a paper statement via the postal service, with the benefit of receiving it on your computer.

The benefits of eStatements are many:

  • Security is one of the major benefits of eStatements. Only you can access your statements through the security of Online Banking and its use of multi-layered authentication.
  • Save time! Receive statements faster than through regular mail.
  • Eliminates the possibility of statements being lost or tampered with in the mail.
  • Reduce amount of private information in your mailbox that is susceptible to mischief
  • Reduce paper clutter! View your statements in easy-to-read PDF format on your computer
  • Access six months of history of your statements  
  • Print your statement if ever a paper copy is needed. Your eStatement can also be saved to a diskette, CD, or your computer’s hard drive for future reference. If you wish to save your eStatement to your hard drive, you will need to print your eStatement to a PDF Writer then save the pdf version. A free PDF Writer can be downloaded on the Internet.

To sign-up for eStatements:

  • You will need to have Online Banking already setup. Simply register for Online Banking by clicking "Login", and follow the instructions for first time users.
  • Once you have received your login instructions and have successfully logged in to Online Banking, select the eStatements tab, accept the Terms and Conditions and follow the on-screen directions.
  • You have now registered for eStatements and will no longer receive paper statements via the mail. If you have registered for eStatement prior to February, 2010, your first available eStatement will be for August, 2009.
  • If you wish to discontinue eStatement and revert back to receiving paper statements, please call or come in to any of the Bank’s branch offices.

Note: Beginning August 3, 2009 you will not be able to view checks cleared prior to August 3, 2009. You may refer back to your monthly statements to view these check images or contact any of NVE Bank's branch locations for assistance. Going forward from August 3, 2009, there will be six months of check image history available to you for viewing.

Enhanced Login Security
NVE Bank will be implementing its Enhanced Login Security feature on September 27, 2006. This feature will help prevent identity theft and online fraud by providing a second factor of user Authentication. All Online Banking customers will be Required to set up 2 Challenge Questions.
