This account provides checking services for sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations and non-profit organizations. There are no maintenance fees or per check charges. Overdraft protection is available by application for an overdraft protection credit line.

There are no per check charges, no deposit charges, no deposited item charges and no transaction limits. Merchant Bank Card services as well as a Business Debit Card are obtainable. Free Telephone Banking, free Online Banking and free e-mail alerts with Online Banking are also available for this account. Specialized checks are offered at reasonable rates.

The minimum deposit to open this account is $10. A monthly fee of $15 will be charged if the monthly average balance falls below $1000. No interest is earned on this account. Additional deposits or withdrawals can be made at any time. All deposits are subject to collection before withdrawal. The depositor receives a statement and all paid checks, monthly. Direct deposits can be made to this account. Subject to depositor’s credit, overdraft protection is available for this account.
